Recommendation: check out the Summer of Malmo (on multiple threads, or use Google or this site's Search function). Be sure to start with something close to the kind of total mileage you're doing now, and build it up gradually. Currently the bulk of your running is within about a minute of the pace you run for two miles; you're likely to want to have some easier-paced running, but see how the SOM goes for you.
That said, and understanding that there are a *lot* of factors to consider (e.g. your years of running experience, where you stand with respect to puberty, etc.), I certainly think that with a good summer's buildup you could think about carrying your 3200 pace for a full 5k (= 16:40?) on a fastish course. That's a real ballpark estimate, though; I'd imagine your coach would have a better idea!
