Oh, god, Yoga for sure. Yoga will get you laid far more than running.
Well, I'm a personal trainer now, yoga teacher and a massage therapist, and running is pretty damn hard on your body. Now I prefer to keep it under 20 mils a week, years of 80+ miles a week wrecks your body, I'd rather be healthy than run in the 15s again. I'm just trying to spread the good word though, if you're a runner and aren't doing yoga, go do it asap!
