I'm a 50 year old male who just ran his first marathon. time was 3:44:11 on about 45 MPW average. I followed an 18 week program. Problem is, the marathon was 2 1/2 weeks ago and I still feel like crud when I run. I just got through with 5 miles at an easy pace and felt like I just did 20. Do I just need to work through it or just quite :-)
