Hey guys.
What would you do for summer training for xc if you are a decent 800/1500m college runner.
I was thinking about a buildup tempo over the summer. 3 miles to 6 miles w/crescendo tempo for half of the summer. For the other half 6 miles to 3 miles w/constant pace.
Other workouts would be a sprint workout, intervals like summer of alberto(?), a stady pace run and a long run. Every other run would be just normal or easy
