Tuesday: AM 5 miles easy (7:15)
PM: 5 miles easy (7:28) + 7X8sec Hill Sprints
Wednesday: AM 3.9 miles easy (7:41) on the treadmill + Lifting
PM: 4 mile tempo @ 6:05 (6:12, 6:16, 6:00, 5:52). 7 miles total
Thursday: AM 3.2 miles easy (7:39)
PM: 6.7 miles easy (7:27)
Friday: AM 2.25 miles with 6X200 from 40s down to 28s
PM: 7.1 miles easy (6:56)
Saturday: AM 3.8 miles (7:49) on the treadmill + Lifting
PM: 7.3 mile tempo @ 6:07
Week Total: 69 miles
Very happy with this week. I feel good, no real complaints. My Boston Boosts came in and I'm liking them so far. Ran the 7.3 mile tempo in them. I took the tempos easy, no straining on either of them. Feeling pretty strong. I'm running a road 5k this Wednesday so We'll see how that goes.
