In between My track and XC season, I know that hard track sessions are generally not reccomended, but I heard that this workout could be done then, provided it was not pushed too hard.
1mile hard
1.5mile tempo
1200 hard
1.5mi tempo
800 hard
1.5mi tempo
400 all out
What do you guys think? Can I do it during my summer tranining without peaking or hurting or whatver?
