I don't believe the cops in Texas biker gang arrest

Shocking that a Presidential candidate is the governor and the police were at the scene before the bikers ! And no video ? The Governor gets to announce how his state doesn't play with criminals. This is a set up.

They are getting big bucks for scams like these.

I don't know anything about what happened here but I can say that you don't always know if you shot someone. If you shot at someone, of course, but not if you hit them.

Where pistols are being used and there is cover, people tend to discharge multiple rounds (and miss) where one well-placed round might do. But this happens to everybody - criminals, cops, even new soldiers.

Furthermore, people who are shot with pistols or even 5.56 might not show signs of being hit until after the adrenaline has worn off or there is blood.

Bingo. People don't just fall over when they are shot like in the movies. Frequently they don't even know that they were shot.

When do the cops NOT shoot first?

A generous view would be the bikers started fisticuffs, then maybe one of them pulled a knife and bang bang bang went the cops.

More likely they started fisticuffs and one of them randomly went within 6 feet of a cop and bang bang bang.

The media is in cahoots with the cops on this one.

Seems little doubt all of the shooting was done by the cops.

1. While we know 9 people were killed, there has been no reporting whatsoever on the number shot and wounded. Why would this be if the bikers were shooting each other;

2. Many reports (yesterday Boston Globe and NY Times, for example) make no mention of the presence of the cops at all.

3. One police spokesman stated the bikers opened fire on the cops and fired tons of rounds -- and explained the fact that not s single cop -- or bystander -- was it by calling it a miracle.

Unfortunately the truth will never come out in all likelihood.

Totally agree. If a swat team was shooting they know how many they shot.

Cops under orders to balance the ledger and shoot some white people for a change. Only kind of white people nobody cares if they get shot are fat middle-age bearded men with tattoos. So cops shot some of those.

That is an awesome synopsis.

That Waco police spokesperson is a little too defensive. Something's up. My guess is police shot all of the bikers.

I think the bikers shot themselves to make the cops look bad.
