You would have to pay me to run in those massive, clunky things. They look ridiculous too.
7.8 ounces is not quite clunky
EOM?
Agreed, they look silly. I have had 2 pairs. All my nagging injuries are gone. I don't care what people think. My injuries are gone. Similarly, I am also balding, wish I had more hair, but again, don' t care what people think when they look at me.
I have my first pair; Bondi.
I wasn't crazy about them at first, and I'm not in love with them, but they are growing on me with every run. Especially as a recovery aid on every run this week after I wrecked myself with a 2 hour trail run (got lost) in my Sayonaras this Sunday.
Most interestingly, I was on a run with my 14 year-old cross-country daughter, and we heard 2 sounds; my heavy breathing, and her shoes hitting the pavement. The shoes are soundless.
They do look ridiculous. Oh, well.
Cheers.
