I've had my garmin forerunner 110 for 2.5 years.
Before that I used very basic stopwatches for about 8 years. So even the 110 was the most amazing thing in the world to me.
It takes a bit longer to link up to a satalite if there are big buildings around but that never bothered me. Every couple months the watch would die completely. I would have to spend 30-45 mins fiddling with butotns to get it to come back to life. It's started happening about once a month lately. I am VERY familiar with the thread on garmin forums about his issue so i don't need you to post it.
I put it on the charger saturday night. Sunday I had a hectic day and didn't get out to run. I go to grab the watch monday and it's dead. It had been charing for over a day. No amount of button pressing would work I tried all combinations. With the charger, without the charger.
I'm so sick of it. IS this an issue with all gps watches or just the forerunner 110? I am seeing a ton of threads about it.
Additionaly I hate the little prongs on the back. IT seems like such a stupid place to put them. Sometimes it takes 3-4 tries for my pc to recognize the forerunner. SUPER frustrated.
