As the title states, how much time do you usually take off (i.e. no running) after your season has ended? Did this help or hurt your summer base building? I plan on taking this week entirely off.

Last Friday I trained so hard I had to vomit. I called it a night, went out with my friends, got lucky (or you could argue that the chick got lucky - whichever perspective you prefer) and the next day, I was back in the box, training hard.
Recovery is overrated.
