Long story short, I burnt out real bad. Got up to 85 miles a week and basically crashed and burned. Legs were feeling like lead every single day. Got blood tests, doctors check up etc...Ferritin was actually kind of high, RBC were a little below normal, but everything else seemed to check out.
I took a month off and then started to slowly build back up. Started to feel ok when I incorporated some speed but then kind of fizzled out again after a few months. Took some more time off again but the last couple weeks my legs are just feeling dead again. Has anyone had experiences similar to this? If so what helped to overcome it?
