Don't bother with older generations opinions of you.

They will die and you will be in control.

If you want to look better, do CrossFit.

Seriously, many of my closest friends have developed JACKED PHYSIQUES just months after starting CrossFit - the women lust after them and they never go home alone from a party.

Also great for me because now I don't have to feel bad anymore since I don't leave them behind.

It also makes a great impression when 5 or 6 JACKED dudes (like us) enter a party together. A lot of turned heads, that's for sure.

Biggest one - LEARN HOW TO INTERACT WITH OTHER PEOPLE.

Millennials can't even socialize without having alcohol first. I saw a table of four Millennials hanging out 'together' at a restaurant the other day and all four were on their 'smart' phones.

So many Millennials don't even know when they're in a relationship. I can't tell you how many times I've heard a Millennial going on a date and they don't even know if it was a date after the date. WHAT THE F**K IS WRONG WITH YOU? So many Millennials have given up on long term relationships and gone the route of self-serving hookups, leaving them even more sexually unsatisfied and emotionally screwed up than before. So many millennials can now log online and swipe or click through 1000+ single women and are STILL HOPELESS.
