i have a pair of 2.0's. definitely closer to a racing shoe than an everyday trainer. i would only use them for long distance races... not long distance everyday training.
If you are a very elite runner, you'd probably like them as an everyday trainer however. i'm 6'1" so as a taller/larger runner, it doesn't provide enough support for me. the boost foam is great, though. very responsive, bouncy.
also, they're very expensive at $140

I have had both models and they have done me wonders as a every day trainer and tempo shoe. I am a 15 who does not have terrible form and have been injury free in both of them for a year and a half.
1.0 is much wider in the forefoot. Other than fit they are similar: a marathon flat, which many people would enjoy for faster training sessions.
