Been struggling with a few niggling issues, most recently Plantar / heel spur. All on the right side.
For the past year I've been doing some balance exercises (50 years old now) and find that I can stand all day long on my left foot but only a few seconds on my right before I start wobbling. When on my left foot I feel very balanced, the foot feels solid contact with the ground and I feel very 'aligned' from foot, ankle, knee, hip and shoulder.
When on my right foot I feel it's very supinated and I do not feel aligned at all.
Attached is a pic of how my feet sit when I'm at rest. The left foot sits in a very normal position while the right is very tilted.
Unsure where the underlying issue is coming from but I get the sense it's not really the arch/foot but something more structural (ankle? knee? hip? other?)
Any help or thoughts hugely appreciated!
