I am currently running all of my training in the Brooks Pureflow 3, and I have to say that I really do like the performance of the shoe, yet I don't like the durability of the shoe. But, the durability has nothing to do with this.
I am thinking that this summer while I am training for cross country, I will try the Hoka shoes, I plan on running in the Cliftons and the Odysseys. I was wondering if anyone else has made the transition from a sub minimal shoe to a maximal shoe, and if you think it may be dangerous to try. I really think that I will like the Hokas, and that I will want to stick with them. So if you have went from either a neutral shoe or a minimal shoe to the Hokas, and have an opinion on it, could you please advice me what you think I should do.
Also if this helps at all, before the Pureflows I ran in the Nike structure 17s and the Nike pegasus 31
