I have a chronic hip pain on my right hip. It is mild and sharp.
The pain is never so bad that I can't run.
I have had it for several weeks and it never gets better nor worse.
Does anyone have some helpful suggestions?
Note: It would be helpful if you told me something specific that you know made a change for you. E.g. some people claim that taking time off, stretching, rolling and strengthening helped them. I have no doubt that one one of these things helped them BUT how will I know what exactly helped the person if the person implemented a lot of strategies at once?
