Hi all,
I'm running my first half marathon in 2 weeks. I've been running 4.5 miles in 45 mins pretty consistently for last two weeks (2 or 3 times a week). However have never run further than this and have just injured my knee (inflamation- taking Naproxen to treat). Am I prepared enough?? Any advice? I'm a fairly fit 23 year old.
