In research on the internet, I find many lists with gluten containing and gluten free foods. However, I'm sure not all gluten containing foods are created equal. Therefore I would like to have a quantitative list of expected gluten content in a serving of different foods. Kind of like a list that compares different alcoholic beverages and their alcohol content.
For example:
Cereal: 130 mcg gluten per 6 oz
White bread: 150 mcg gluten per slice
Beer: 70 mcg per bottle
Does anyone know where to find this?
