I was wondering if anybody has any tip or ideas..
Whenever I run any sort of distance, as soon as I'm finished my run.
I get intense shooting calf pain to the point of limping.
I ok while I run but once I stop that's when the pain starts.
I've done stretching before my run and after.
When I'm done I walk (limp) around the block once to cool down.
The pain is gone in about an hour and the ache remains for a few hours
Any thoughts or ideas ???
