Hey guys,
Im a junior and its my first year running track. This year so far my 400 PR is a 56.2 and my 800 is a 2:19. My coach wants me to run a 2:05 next year because of my 400 time. So to do this and gain endurance I am going to run XC. What do you guys think about it and will it benefit my 400 time or decrease it?
