I quit riding on the roads years ago when every driver is talking on their phone.
It sounds like he was on a ride and got clipped from behind. Certain roads around Uxbridge are popular with cyclists. Hope they catch the arsch who hit him, and foremost, that he can make a full recovery!

How many black pick-up trucks with "Free Tow and Scrap" in white lettering are there in that area?

Resurrecting an old thread. I actually grew up with Sjaan in rural Ontario in the 90s. Phenomenal athlete. Looks like he made a transition to cyclocross and has been very competitive:

A bump deserved indeed. Great to see that sometimes the human spirit can’t be broken. Kudos to him for his perseverance. And I for one wish him great success and hopefully continued health. (Even if he was a Buckeye...ugh)
