1500: 4:11. To be honest, I only hurt in that race the last 300 - I just couldn't move my legs any faster. In high school, when I ran the 1600/mile it usually started hurting around the beginning of the third lap.
3000: 8:53 These always hurt from before half way. I don't think I ever figured out how to pace them properly.
5000: 16:2x This PR was a split on my way to 10000 ignonimy (I fast talked my way into a race where the next slowest runner was a guy who was around 31 minutes.). That race started hurting at the mile.... it simply sucked. Other 10ks though usually didn't really start hurting until 4 miles or so.
