I just want to say I have been following this thread since I last posted and sadly this whole thing is headed the wrong direction. I used to just brush off any of his childish social media posts knowing Mike worked on radio and thinking that was just normal. Now I see his behavior and online activity in a whole new light. Unfortunately, I see a very disturbed individual using any means possible to attack anyone who wants the truth to come out. I think the people that have been lied to and impacted by those lies are the victims, not the other way around. I saw some recent references to a post about real friends. All I can say about that is that a lot of people are realizing Mike is toxic and has done nothing but attract negativity. It's difficult to be friends with someone who clearly doesn't share your values. I was a bit shocked and definitely in disbelief, but there's every reason to believe the Turkey Trot cheating really happened, and it just confirms what many of us have been thinking of Mike all along.
Anyways, I am also proud to say that reading this thread and navigating the site has encouraged me to be more active. I have even ventured out for half and hour jog here and there over the last month. I think running is great and had a laugh at the nike app discussion. I can't imagine going all out with any form of exercise for multiple days straight then performing your best the very next day. I don't know much about running, but this is simple logic.
Thanks for the laughs and motivation. Many of the things said here are completely insane (and funny), but it still surprises me how accurate a lot of strangers opinions can be.
