Endgame is to be commended on his/her unique solution and historical precedent to this never-ending nonsense. I fear, however, that the proposal for a duel will run afoul of the authorities, so allow me to propose an alternate solution.
1. Mike and Ken "enter" Alford pleas (they do not admit guilt but agree that a preponderance of the evidence would likely lead to a guilty verdict in a court of law): Mike to cheating at LV, Ken to cyber bullying.
2. At Boston Expo 2016, both gentlemen are placed in the stocks (like in Colonial times). Ten people, led by the brojos and Dave McGillivray, throw tomatoes and rotting vegetables. The other seven spots go to the highest bidders amongst 2015 Boston qualifiers denied entry and LR posters subjected to abuse. Charge $2 admission. Proceeds go to BAA-approved charity.
3. All parties shake hands and the matter is considered closed.
A great idea. Something positive need to come of this thread. I take the weekend off and I'm 20 pages behind. How many people post on this thread? Are we talking 5 people under 50 different names or 50 people under 250 names? I have no idea. Any ideas?
Guessing 3 people and 11 names.

So, everyone in my office reads this thread every day. That's at least 20 people. Only 2 of us are runners. So, Mike, I took a poll, and here are the results:
16 people asked: "Is Mike or Letsrun.com winning"
Mike: 0 votes
Letsrun: 16 votes
Thought I would share. Happy running, Mike!!!!
It must be a lot of people. We've got 20 from one office!!!

Call me naive but as the requirement has been for posters to be registered I would imagine that there is some way of reasonableness checking these.
My estimate is about 6 prolific trolls, 25 long-time posters, 50 occasional or one-off posters and many thousands of readers.

Plus one Mike Rossi who has probably used 25 different screen names since this all started.

You mean 20 people are posting from the same office?
If I had to take a guess it would be 40-50 regular posters, a similar amount semi-regulars and a few trolls that seem to change names after a while.
I don't know about people using multiple names, apart from the trolls. In my case it's the other way around: Other people have posted under this name as well, actually. We weren't aware of the fact that you could fake an e-mail as well. We were not too keen on creating too many usernames.
There are about 20 people I know who check this thread at least once in a while. Mostly runners.
I am pretty sure this thread is followed by several thousands of runners.
Just check how many times this article was shared on Facebook:
I have noticed there have been about 40 new names the last week. Many similar traits and naming styles.
Unfortunately some even go so far as to defame family members like "Cindys Secret Lover".
"Abington Man Who Allegedly Cheated In Boston Marathon Becoming Legend"
The title is not accurate. But it's an interesting article anyway.
That had nothing to do with a confession. He messed up a tweet.

1. Interesting how the other guy with the same name (who made questionable running achievement claims) as the confessed MCM cheater also fell off the radar after MCM guy came clean.
2. The infamous Kip Litton, although never admitting cheating despite overwhelming evidence, was eventually smart enough to lay low and let the embers die. Ironically he at the time had no problem breaking 3:25 or 20:00.
3. Did anything ever come of this guys dec 12 tweet of "I admit. I messed up."??
And we thought our Monday was bad.
Although the article needs some corrections, glad to see a journalist not afraid to take on Mike's vicious side. Youdaman.
Carry on.
Mike is busy cleaning up his tweets!

And, the speedy, smart and capable Weatherperson has shared that article with her 40,000 followers. Today's another great day to be Mike.
Mike,
This can all end if you issue a statement saying that you fabricated your efforts at LVM and HTTT and that your are truly sorry for your actions since then. It would also be smart to say that you have started some kind of counseling.
Until then, this nightmare you created will never end.

Not proof.
Do you see that big button labeled "Share" just under your fat thumb? Click it and select Twitter. Otherwise you are just a pathetic excuse for a man who has to fabricate proof for a mediocre performance.
That's meaningless too once it's edited. There's no way you can prove a Nike run is unedited unless you work for Nike. I'm sure they can access that.
Laughable is 100% correct on this! So go ahead Mike, feed us haters and trolls. There is no way anyone would ever be able to figure anything out with a link to the actual run from Nike+. So you can simply tweet it out and laugh it up at us. Our tears of sadness over being out-smarted once again will taste so sweet!
