Nah, it'd be pretty obvious to the eye test even for a non runner. If he sped up the video his stride length would stay the same and his stride frequency would shoot up. Imagine tiny little steps you'd expect for 7:45 pace moving at the same frequency of Bekele at 4:10 pace.
