Show a bit more patience, there's still lots of time (until July 2016?), and Rossi already re-injured himself because of his type A personality.
As already discussed, in the end Rojo might have to pay $121,000, if I understand the challenge correctly: $10,000 for sub-20 or sub-70, and $10,000 for sub-3:25, and $100,000 for 3:11 or under, and $500 for his phone's data, and $500 for the photos.
However, considering his current injury, he really only has one shot left for the big prize, namely in the coming spring. So while success is quite likely, it is far from guaranteed. The remaining $21,000 of course are way too easy to earn for a 3:11 marathoni.
