Only gave him 1 star because it was the lowest I could leave. We got married in September 2010, and were told we would have everything by March or April. After being ignored via email & the phone -he finally got back to us in June to tell us he wasnt done and since he wasn't Walmart - he didn't have to respond to us like customer service. Those were his exact words -I still have the email! It took us a whole year to receive the video and the mini dvd's that were supposed to be favors at the wedding reception didn't get made until after - so we had to mail those out as well! He was HORRIBLE!

Please avoid this business like the plague. We were married oct. 2010 and have not received our wedding video. After several attempts to contact this business we never received or heard anything. Then out of no where while watching TV we see him on CBS Philly with a couple that was married around the same time we were and yet they never received their wedding video either. Up until you meet him he's professional, well I should say his wife is because after we signed the contract, we never heard from him but it was always his wife. Ladies please if you're considering using him for Wedding Video Services please look else where. I'm now looking into filing a small claims suit against him.

We ran into the SAME EXACT issue! My husband & I just watched the CBS new story and couldn't believe how IDENTICAL our situation was. And Ken seems to be using the same excuse as before, "I have experienced family tragedies." We were married in June 2010, were promised our video in 26 weeks and did not receive it until end of February (after countless emails, phone calls, a visit to his home business and a complaint filed with the BBB). He stated he was backlogged THEN with family issues and tragedies. What a crock! I beg all brides not to use his services.

Kenneth Stillman is the worst mistake I have made during my wedding plans. He states a certain time frame to deliver a finish product but does not deliver. It took over a year and half to get my video. And that was after threatening to report him to the Better Business Bureau. After finally receiving the product, I find that it was complete garbage. I believe he only spent maybe 30 mins editing it. My grandmother who doesn't know how to use a video camera can make a better video. Save your wedding by not hiring this guy.

Do not do business with this man. Even after all the bad news came out I tried to keep my contract with him and just asked him to change the contract to include a guaranteed delivery date twice as long as he said he needed, after agreeing he never sent me a contract never responded to numerous phone calls or emails. Then he contacted me one week before the wedding asking for a meeting to plan and make payments and when I told him we had signed someone else and we wouldn't be needing him he made several racist remarks and said we were trying to scam him, mind you he still has my $600 deposit and this is the first time I heard from him in 4 months. If anyone wants to see the actual emails please contact me.

We also used this clown for our videographer. My wife was the one Jae S. is referring to, who she saw on CBS Philly. Dealing with him has been a complete nightmare. He did not return any of our calls, emails, or letters until CBS showed up at his house asking where peoples' videos were. We were promised the finished product 2 weeks after he was approached and still haven't seen it. The class action suit is the only thing we are holding on to at this point as I consider getting our video from him as likely as winning the lottery. He claims he is behind on work due to "personal problems" but still has the time to take new clients each week. I am astounded he's been in business this long and nothing like this has happened already. I too would urge you to look elsewhere and not even thing of using this joke for your wedding video.

I would seriously re-consider if you are planning to use Kenneth Stillman video. His lack of professionalism and his dishonesty are not worth the headache - (he will go months without responding to calls or emails.) It has been over 17 months and we are expecting our first child and we still have no wedding video from our big day. He will tell you several times once you threaten him with your lawyer that it'll be out "any day" You pay in full and luckily he shows up on the day of the wedding, however, everything after that point is a complete nightmare to work with him. There are PLENTY of videographers with the same (if not better) quality of work without the lack of professionalism.

do not hire this man. he does not fulfill his contractual obligations. we paid him in full for a wedding in october 2010 and have not received the video. he does not return phone calls, emails. we are in the process of taking legal actio against him. very poor business practice.

This has been the worst experiance. We have heard nothing back from our repeated calls to him and it has been over 14 months. We gave him 12 months without one phone call to do his work. In the last two months we cannot get any responce to emails or phone calls. Unless you want to go to court after you get married find someone else.

I have had a very bad experience with this vendor. I suggest, like others, you send a complaint to the Attorney General. The Attorney General website states that even if your problem was resolved they would still like information on your problem. "Our office looks at establishing patterns of business practices. Even if you have resolved your complaint you can forward a statement regarding your experience with the attached documents for our office to use for future reference." attorneygeneral.gov/comp… I just found a replacement for our wedding. I can't believe this man. If you google the business address, its his home apartment. There is another photography company he has tried to use at that address. It uses the same wedding videos. (Marigold Sky Studios) He also appears to use Bob's Wedding Videos. It is a Philadelphia address that may not exist. I PAID FOR HIS SERVICES IN FULL FOR " My son's wedding August 2010, and no one received the final video, studio doesn't return calls nor respond to emails. USE SOME ONE ELSE " He did have glowing references prior to us using him and still does as he gives a rough cut the day of the event, however that is all you get, he disappears.....

My goal is to provide an accurate review our videographer vendor, Kenneth Stillman Video; however this review will be incomplete because my wedding took place in August 2010 and we still have not received our wedding video. KSV was hired and fully paid in advance to film our wedding and 2 years later has not delivered our video. We did our research prior to hiring KSV and there were a few negative reviews about the unresponsiveness and length of time it took to receive the final video; however they still received it. When we questioned Ken about the delay, he explained delays were a result of a death in the family so we ignored the warning signs. After repeated attempts of following up via email and phone, KSV was unresponsive (true to the reviews) and at the rare chance he did respond, Ken blatantly lied saying the video was in the final stage of editing and would be delivered soon. On 7 separate occasions he promised to deliver the video, filling us with false hope. We offered to pick up the video or at minimum receive the raw footage to view on our 1st or even 2nd anniversary, but nothing. The only positive from this experience was the same-day edit highlight video, which was truly remarkable leaving us excited to see more, but not sure if we will. The worst part is my sister-in-law also hired KSV so one family may never relive the weddings of their only children. I am not sure if we will ever get a happy ending, but I do not want this happen to another couple. KSV should not be in business. This is bad business, failing to produce the product and shows the true character of the business owner.
