Mike Wins! Greatest fraud on the internet!
then he equated confederates to nazis, distinguishing them in his mind as confederates were ignorant and deserved to be honored as war heroes and Nazis were just following orders. the clear and only inference is that he excuses Nazis and honors confederates. then he went on to slam American soldiers in Vietnam and in general.
all the while discussing the spelling of cheetos as well
we are dealing with the mentally unbalanced here
the cheetos, or cheetohs, do not go all the way to the top floor

WHY???
Why must I choose between disliking Ken and disliking Mike?
Why can't I despise both?
Why must I choose between the spelling of cheetos and cheetohs?
Why is Cecily Tynan not mine?
Why can't someone offer me $100k to run 3:10?
Why does racism, nazism, and hobby jogger hate all survive?
Why must I read 13000 posts?
Why can't I help myself?
Why can't I turn the other way?

Can it get any more entertaining ? Where does Ken stand on Mexicans ? Trump hasn't named a running mate yet .
Since you mention Trump I'm assuming you mean the illegal immigration issue, and not just Mexicans in general.
We have an immigration policy. It's called "fill out an application and we'll check you out, and if our government approves you we will let you in". A person who enters our borders, or any country's borders for that matter, has broken the law. And why would we want people whose first act is the break the law?
It's not an issue of compassion for people. It's about financial responsibility. A huge influx of illegal workers means less jobs for the people already here.

A broad sweep of the brush there Ken, so not true.

KEN, seriously STFU. Don't post for at least 48 hours. When you come back, don't reply to every stupid troller who tries to bait you into making further asinine comments.
Ken, for real, you are helping Mike Rossi at this point. Is that what you want?
Don't feed the trolls, Ken. And don't feed yourself for a meal or two. I'm worried about your health, big guy.
Do your behind-the-scenes work on the accomplice theory, just don't post about it here. See you Wednesday!
Mike doesn't post here so he asked me to thank Stillman on his behalf.

Mike, try as hard as you want, but you are never going to turn the board against Cecily Tynan. She is the Anti-Rossi in every way.

If any foreign dignitaries are listening: We will trade 10 of your very worst for our Ken Stillman.
On another note, has anyone ever dug a hole for themselves faster than Ken is digging today??
This is unprecedented even for LRC.

so when a pregnant woman crosses into USA with her 2 year old, then the 2 year old is a lawbreaker who should be deported but the baby born in the USA is a citizen, right? "A person who enters our borders, or any country's borders for that matter, has broken the law." What?
Are you really afraid these people are taking your DJ jobs away?????
You just can't help yourself, you literally cannot just not respond, and when you do respond you just cause a storm of fubar.
El Chupo for Ken & Mike.
Although I'd do El Chupo for Ken straight up if push came to shove.

Clearly since I was asking a question, I did not profess to know the answer.
I was leaving you out of it, I just wondered if the brides provided their own music or if they had to pay someone.
But since you are so expert, how come you can have the music on the videos and put them on your wedding video website which is clearly promotional??? You just do it under an assumption that you are low profile enough that no one will sue you?
Did you get likeness use releases from everyone you show in the videos???
You sure are touchy.
Ken is breaking IP law by using music and putting it in these videos. It's called Synchronization Rights and it does not fall under "fair use".
However he does not need to get a release from anyone to make a demo tape to demonstrate his videographer skills by showing parts of past video recordings and edits on his website. That one is called "self promotion" and it does fall under "fair use". Regardless I'm pretty sure that Ken uses a boiler plate legal binding agreement which most definitely has a release from the bride and groom. Then again, he doesn't even know the difference between "fair use" and "sync rights" so I could be wrong...
BTW, Kenny, without reading your one sided agreement that people have complained about, not delivering the goods on time is not fraud, it's a simple breach of contract and if I was one of the victims I would have sued the pants off of you for it.
I was just following orders. wrote:

The Nazis committed war crimes because they killed civilians. But during war time killing an enemy soldier is not considered a war crime.
For Xmas I sending all the DJ"s at East Coast some history books.
And to settle the confederate army issue just read this:

don't post about it here. See you Wednesday!
You fvck off rex
today has been busy, so to keep it straight a summary of impressions for today:
Ken is pro:
confederate flag waving in private
Nazis just following orders
Confederates war heroes
ignorant slave holders
Donald Trump
sealing all borders of all countries
wedding videographers who are unethical
financial responsibility
other people running the full course
Ken is anti:
wedding DJs who are unethical
cheetos
DJ minions
illegal workers
compassion for people
personally running any course
is that about sum it up?
Seems like enough for a day.
LoserMikeRossi wrote:OMG! You know nothing. When in a public place people do not have a reasonable expectation of privacy. I can film anybody I want on the street and put them in a movie. What I can't do is use footage of somebody and cast them in a bad light.
You can video anyone anywhere where they can have no expectation of privacy. A wedding venue would be such place so videoing these folks at the wedding is fair game. However, you can't use any of these people's "likeness" for your own monetary gain. You can't sell the footage to a wedding gown rental place or a venue advertisement without express consent and release from these people.
The only thing you can do is blur their faces or cut them off so they are not identifiable therefore you're not promoting the goods and services with their likeness. They do it all the time on television. They will record some stock footage of overweight people in a public place then only show them neck down so they're not identifiable.
But to say you can do whatever the heck you want with the footage shows complete ignorance of basic copyright law.
Mike doesn't post here so he asked to say that now he's fully dealt with discrediting Stillman, although he did say there's still plenty of ammo left, he will now be turning his attention to that worn out woeful weather woman who's name he has trouble remembering.
In Soviet Russia, videos make Ken Stillman late!!
