catching up... read the last 4 pages or so... Ken, always Ken, doing something dumb. Mike and Ken are equally disturbed. There are doctors for this kind of thing, you know?

In my personal opinion Ken has been on the receiving end of verbal abuse here in this very thread, judged by my understanding of english vocabulary.

I don't think you understand.

The cease & desist letter told Ken to stop posting things about Mike in order to unfairly compete in the wedding DJ market. Ken didn't start doing wedding DJ work in the Philadelphia area until after he started posting here, and has bragged about how his business is picking up.

It is a small but stupid thing to say that you are here for some reason other than caring about running. How many times have we heard Ken talk about caring about the integrity of marathons and taking the spot in Boston? He just admitted that those excuses were simply lies. The more than you can strip away the easier it is to show that Ken is simply here to either get back at Mike, or worse try to get more gigs for his own profit.

I'm not saying that this is was Ken is doing. I'm just saying he is not too bright when it comes to giving a lawyer more ammo. A cease and desist letter in an of itself is not legally enforceable, but it does put the recipient on notice that they are doing something that could be a cause of action. The more blatant and revealing the conduct, especially when put on notice, the less likely a court is to dismiss the cause of action. Not saying this will happen, but Ken is really not very bright.

This goes without saying that he just outed himself who doesn't care about running at all. He is just a virus here IMO.

I don't know anything about law, but does it mean anything whenever LoserMikeRossi aka Ken attributes some of these offensive posts to Mike? It looks like he knows it is Mike when he says "Hi Mike!"

HARRISBURG - The Office of Attorney General has reached a settlement with Bucks County wedding videographer Kenneth H. Stillman Jr. after receiving 83 complaints from consumers who paid Stillman for wedding videos they did not receive.

The settlement resolves allegations that the business failed to provide wedding video products and services for which they entered into contracts with consumers, and resolves the Commonwealth's claims against him for violations of the Consumer Protection Law.

In the lawsuit the Commonwealth alleged that Stillman, doing business as Kenneth Stillman Video, contracted with consumers and accepted substantial payments to provide wedding video products and services, but either failed to do so or failed to do so in a timely manner.

Stillman also allegedly failed to respond to consumers' complaints, requests for status updates, requests for their videos and requests for refunds. Under the terms of the settlement, Stillman is required to:

Refrain from violating Pennsylvania's Consumer Protection Law in the future;

Deliver to consumers any and all wedding videos in his possession that are outstanding; and

Pay restitution to eligible consumers as well as civil penalties to the Commonwealth.

The Bureau of Consumer Protection is urging consumers who believe they have been victimized by these practices to file a complaint by calling 1-800-441-2555 or visiting

Could this be Mike's ultimate goal against Ken? To allege these things in court, even if the suit fails, but give the AG ammo to come after him again for publicity? That would be insane.

I agree 100% that the posts made against Ken's kid were worse than anything Ken posted.

However, here's the rub..

The post against Ken's son were made anonymously. He is stating as fact that it is Mike making those posts. We may all believe that..but right now we don't have the evidence.

IF Mike somehow can prove he DID NOT make those posts, that's another possible instance of defamation that Mike could pursue against Ken. For all we know it's a disgruntled ex customer of Ken's making posts. We may suspect it's Mike but we have no proof.

If I were a serious troll (I think calling kids gimps is in very bad taste) it would be kind of brilliant to goad Ken into saying that Mike was doing all of this . . . I don't think Mike or his friends are that smart . . . so it is either a good troll or mike being a c0ck

Thing is, some of the attacks against Ken have had information that random trolls couldn't have googled. Had to be someone who knew him personally or at least knew someone that knows Ken. Then there was one night in which the attacks on Ken here were especially vicious and personal. Happened to be the same night that Mike Rossi changed his Facebook profile picture to the South Park kids with the caption, "Oh my God, they killed Kenny"

So, while some of the anti-Ken stuff here is no doubt random trolls, I am relatively certain that Mike is behind some of it too. More importantly, Mike knows he has attacked Kenny on here anonymously and he knows that if it comes to legal battling that the Brojos would be very motivated to do a throughout IP check.

So no way will Mike possibly use anything on this board in a legal suit against anyone. Even a guy with a lawyer that uses AOL has to be smarter than that.
