However. Just for a moment. I want you to forget the math and use your gut.
Take a look at this Boston Marathon photo:
http://imgur.com/ybJk8HqAsk yourself, in your gut, is this the sort of human being (I can't use the word "man" to describe Mike) that could have gotten through 5 photo check points without a single shot?
The odds aren't 1 in 600,000. More like 1 in 600,000,000,000,000,000,000.
It says "Proof" right on it. What more could you want?
Oh I get it
I wonder why nobody has pointed this out before.
Very observant.
She does it 3 times a day every day and sometimes on weekends too

And does it right 50% of the time
Just my opinion, but I think this is at least one of the reasons why this thread won't die. Maybe some runners are starting to feel like I do... those who want to compete at a race are getting squeezed out. As the years go by, more and more races seem to cater to the participation set, and less to the competitive set. I'm not saying that there isn't room for both, but we all pay the same entry fee, shouldn't we all be considered? I don't need a finishers medal, I don't need a shirt, and I don't need a bunch of crappy food at the end of a race, but I sure pay for it now.. about $10.00 a mile for your local 5K. At plenty of races, Marathoners have to weave through half-marathon walkers on their way to the finish. Hell, I had to do that at a 5K once that also had both one and two mile walks, all on the same course (!), and every other walker I passed shot me a dirty look. With the VIA decision, it's now too much to ask that an obvious cheater be disqualified from the race. Results don't have to be accurate. According to VIA, anyone who ran the 2014 marathon in 3:11 or more lost to Mike Rossi, and they seem to be OK with that statement.
If fundraising is the goal, just set up the course and a clock, order a bunch of medals and t shirts that so many people covet, and just let everyone finish without any sort of competition. You'd probably get as many registrants as you would if you advertised it as an actual athletic competition. I'd be fine with that, really. I could then choose not to participate. But don't present yourself as a race and a Boston qualifier, and then not follow the simplest of rules that govern an actual race.
In any case, Rossi cheating then not being DQ'd touched this nerve. At least it did for me.

50% right seems like a very high percentage for a meteorologist.

Much more poorly written than most. Linearity of thought is sub-par. Likely a sub 95 IQ.
Hi MIKE!!!!
Supremely reductive.
A sub-85 IQ is all but certain.
Fvck it. Here goes.
I work with Mike. I asked him about the race. He told me he didn't cheat and kind of winked at me.
I asked him if that meant he ran the whole race. He answered "tell me where it says I had to."
Then he laughed.

Do you think Mike is able to get 8 hours of sleep a night knowing he cheated and won't tell the world?
Do his kids get picked on about his father's behavior at school?
"Internet celebrity cuts both ways. The viral capabilities of social media can bring you recognition and accolades but can also lead to the added scrutiny that comes from such exposure. If you put yourself out there, you have to know that you’re opening every door and window into the house of your life — so it better be clean."

Doesn't bother me at all, but wouldn't surprise me in the least if this was true.
I doubt it's true though. I actually suspect it is the exact same troll who a page or two spelling "Fvck" the exact same way...
Surely this isn't Mike, who really really doesn't care what anyone here says about him so much that he spends his free time reading the thread & trolling.
