Okay, guys, we've all talked about the photographs, or lack of photographs. We've seen the statistics and heard the odds. 1 in 600,000 or something that he could have gotten through the entire race unseen.
However. Just for a moment. I want you to forget the math and use your gut.
Take a look at this Boston Marathon photo:
http://imgur.com/ybJk8HqAsk yourself, in your gut, is this the sort of human being (I can't use the word "man" to describe Mike) that could have gotten through 5 photo check points without a single shot?
The odds aren't 1 in 600,000. More like 1 in 600,000,000,000,000,000,000.
It says "Proof" right on it. What more could you want?

Interesting that his Tweet at Cecily was the first time he stated that he didn't cheat. I never did understand the convoluted bullshit response he originally came out with. It was a classic Watergate non-denial denial. But why would one ever use that phrasing? It's not like it would matter that if he had just said he didn't cheat right from the start. He wasn't going to get charged with perjury or something when the house of cards came crashing down.
Ahh, you've been duped again!
"I didn't cheat" is still not the same as saying "I ran the entire VIA marathon on XX day". Especially, if you recall the recent ridiculous posts suggesting that driving most of the marathon in a car wasn't technically "against the rules".
This is how a liar deceives. They create scenarios in their own mind that they can tell themselves is the "truth" (even though it is a lie, and deceptive), and use those misleading statements to deceive others.

You are doing what I just pointed out a short time ago . You are now offering money to the marathon people to buy a decision you favor since the initial attempt failed
Yeah, if I'm looking to donate money to a charity, there are plenty of good ones that are not associated in any way with the Lehigh Valley Marathon. Frankly, I have mixed feelings about races becoming increasingly entangled with charities. Entry fees have gone way up, prize money has decreased and every finisher is given a medal. I think that the charity aspect bears some responsibility for these changes, along with the corporatization of the road racing scene.
Prize money? What\'s that?

10. Lucrative wedding DJ gigs made running more than 15 miles per week impossible
9. Meant to expose his principles, not school principal
8. Can't help it if 18,000 racecourse photos didn't happen to catch him running
7. Marathon terms and policies don't specifically forbid Uber rides during race
6. Thought Via Marathon meant finishing via any means available including cars
5. Doesn't think that his Boston qualifier time of "3-1-1 is a joke"
4. New shoes worked really well on race day
3. Will be exonerated later this year by breaking the two hour barrier at his inaugural "Dancin’ on Air" marathon

1. Learned as much in the five minutes he did run as he has during some entire years

Keep the day job
ESPN needs to hire Cecily Tynan as an investigative reporter and start pursuing all these leads.
This.

He would not have allowed himself to be missed at five photo checkpoints while running a huge personal best. Zero chance.
I brought this up last night: someone who ran Via in '14 should form a class action suit against McKeever. Today I was thinking about it, and remembered that when Milli Vanilli were exposed as frauds they or their record label were sued. I also just recently signed up for an $8 check from a Red Bull class action suit, who got sued because they exaggerated things about Red Bull - not lied, not cheated, exaggerated.
Suing McKeever for failing to do her job is well within the realm of possibility. All we need is someone to do it. As Otter from Animal House said: "We gotta take these ba$tards. Now we could do it with conventional weapons, that could take years and cost millions of lives. No, I think we have to go all out. I think that this situation absolutely requires a really futile and stupid gesture be done on somebody's part."
No to the class action law suit. Seriously.
Worst idea since Ken's grassy knoll talk.
Like it was said the first time that quote was posted on this thread: this thread is it and we're just the guys to do it.

Ken knows all about that shit . . . he had to settle a class action brought against him for fraud by the State Attorney General
WTF is up with people in this part of Philly? Are they just completely morally bankrupt?
I just stopped there for a layover last week . . . sweaty armpit weather and everybody was super ghetto or stupid and fat.
Ken go run 20 feet you son of a bitch.

Won't happen. The marathon organizer doesn't get paid that way. The marathon org gets paid first, charity last.
If it would change something, i'd throw $100 into the pot for the charity for a DQ.

I ain't throwing any money into this . . . hell based on the number of hours I've already spent on this thread I probably could have offered Mike another $5k for his 5k
Mike Rossi changed his Facebook cover photo to his 4 hour Boston finish certificate. What's so f'ing dumb is that he and his Facebook followers probably don't understand there's a HUGE difference between a 3:11 marathon and a 4hr+ marathon.
Congrats to Mike Rossi for slogging through Boston in pretty much the median marathon finishing time in the USA! Mike Rossi somehow qualified for a marathon with an extremely difficult standard for the recreational runner and then shit the bed entirely by being 50mins off his PR but somehow Mike is HAPPYwith it!!!! LOL shit, a TRUE 3:11 marathoner would be like shit this sucks if they all of a sudden ran 4hr+. I know I would! Not Mike though. For him this sport is a quick fix. Follow a 6month training program that peaks at 20- 25mpw and you'll run 3:11 (A vehicle may be required) Mike did it so you can too! :)
Mike Rossi -No one is doubting you slogged to a 4hr at Boston. It's the 3:11 Mike that's in question. It's Your behavior at Lehigh that makes you a shithead unless you confess.
Congrats to his lawyer Grimes "for Dimes" for being a dumb*ss. Where did he go to law school anyway?
Congrats to Barb McKeever and Lisa Walkiewicz for being friggin idiots and being fooled. Wow! Just wow!!! I can't believe it!
Congrats to Mike Rossi's FB buddies for actually believing He is innocent. Just wow! Haha.

Much more poorly written than most. Linearity of thought is sub-par. Likely a sub 95 IQ.
