This one..not sure if you were just trying to get me to quote with the link or if you need your brain shocked to remember this post from a few minutes ago.

I initially was responding to Daddy posting an imgur of Rossi's children and saying that I thought it was inappropriate to post such pics even though Rossi. did. I thought you were telling me I did something wrong or posted something inappropriate.
Weird thing is that several posts asking people not to post the links to the kids' pictures were deleted. However, the original post with the links to the pictures still exist.
Wow.
What a phenomenally bad path for him to go down. Getting into a Twitter war with a member of the media? He's lost his mind. He thinks that's some tit-for-tat crap until she convinces her news team to run with the story.

Local media is a very small circle. Mike-the-wanna-be-Radio-DJ couldn't have picked a worse person to send unprofessional tweets to/about in the Philly area.

Long ago, I recall Rossi posting some excuse about his knee and an MRI as it related to doing another marathon. Now, he's got another excuse.
I am just fascinated by liars like Mike Rossi. They are so creative and determined at the same time.

Unfortunately it is very unlikely that Cecily's station would do any story because they are a sponsor of the Race.

I'm all for discussing Mike's cheating. His hair. His favorite bands. Anything really.
Just keep the discussion off of me. I'm incompetent.

Does the station have an Ombudsman? Sometimes when a media outlet has a conflict of interest, public outcry can actually cause them to do a much more throughout investigation, to avoid allegations of bias.

#DejaVu. We had this conversation on around page 3-4 when I had the galls to post a link to a photo of Rossi wearing a 2013 Boston Marathon jacket to a basketball game and his daughter happened to be standing next to him. I was almost stoned to death for it.
Well, couldn't that cut both ways?
On one hand they don't want negative attention on a race they sponsor. So maybe they don't do a story.
On the other hand, he cheated in a race that they sponsor! So maybe they crush him.
Either way, we've always said that this gets ugly for Barb McKeever when the sponsors decide that they aren't getting mileage for their money. It being a small, local marathon, I don't expect them to pull out of the race. I think it's more likely that the contract with McKeever's event management group ends and they decide more capable leadership (a fresh start) is in order.
Yeah, I was just about to post very similar thoughts. I don't think they would openly bash Barb or the marathon..but they could do a very negative story on Rossi, and push for a real investigation behind the scenes.

Mike can spin the story any way he wants. Cheating is the main reason this thread has 12k+ posts.
Sure we have some lunatics. He can sue those guys all day long. Doesn't change the fact that he cheated.
No attacks on his wife and kids. If anything, I feel bad for those in his life who have to deal with this cheater.
I'm guessing he has cheated before and he will cheat again.
Hey Mike, people wouldn't have to rely on this website for a review of the evidence if you shared your own.
Oh, you don't have any evidence that you ran?
Yeah, I suppose you don't. Since you didn't actually run and all.

He really should just shut up. If he keeps boasting how the race investigated and "cleared" him, they might just get sick of it and say that they think he cheated but couldn't quite pull the trigger on a DQ.
And he's just adding more fuel to the fire. Eventually he's going to mess up and be caught in more lies.
Of course, a certain trainer we cannot discuss contradicts his previous lies in every article and interview, but we're not allowed to point that out here.
I do think the a-holes on this board who attack his family and kids just need to shut up too. All that does is reinforce his assertion that this is a witch hunt. It could even make him sympathetic so some people. I almost want to be sympathetic, but he makes that hard with his smugness and narcissism.
you are pretty dumb, Mike wrote:

Very true. Plus Mike, you were never cleared. That word was never used and the Committee never said anything positive in support of you. If you were cleared they wouldn't have said if additional conclusive evidence would be considered. They also did not say we believe he ran the race because X,Y, or Z. They merely and lamely said that there was no conclusive evidence that you time was inaccurate. However, there was and is. The time stamped photos that you are not in because you didn't run the entire race. Duh?
You mention you wish you had a job where you are right 50% of the time. The ironic thing is that you couldn't handle that job because you are right 0% of the time.
