Did the guy show up to race you for $200?
yes
He's not the only one who is all hearts and stars when it comes to getting paid, ask 80 wedding couples and the AG.
Hi Mike
All those videos were done. Just late. Getting the final product late doesn't equate
To fraud. Not like cheating and getting another runner to carry your bib for you until the last mile.
That's cheating.

The accomplice theory makes no sense.

Nice try, but 0/10. You made up this whole hiring Mike as a DJ thing and we all know it. Those that are replying to you also know you made it up but don't mind playing along as it raising the post count towards TEN THOUSAND.
Now don't pull a Rossi and continue an obvious lie.
Start something new to get fresh responses.
Hey dickhead, I don't know if he's a troll or not, but who gives a flying feck, sounds genuine to me, it got a reaction out of Ken and got us closer to 10,000, so what the feck are you complaining about, the fella deserves at least 8/10 if he is a troll and you could make a an effort to post more too, friggin idiot.
We are closer than ever and it's like everyone has given up.

The accomplice theory makes perfect sense for somebody who thinks he can outsmart a whole
Running community and not get caught. Except that he made lots of mistakes he thought nobody would notice:
1. Finishing with an inconsistent time
2. Not being photographs on the course
3. Missing his underarms when he dumped water on Himself to appear sweaty
4. Forgetting to make a huge deal on social media like he did with every other run he did
And he's made more mistakes. But obviously me and Sarah's investigation group aren't going to share on here. We'll be sharing with Barb first.
Still haven't heard back from the RD. Keeping my fingers crossed that she does the right thing this time with conclusive evidence. I'll keep everyone posted.

So is there another evidence group?, there's SaraB's, Ken's, SmokingGunner's and now Sarah's, who the feck is Sarah? and when will we be privileged enough to see this new evidence? It should be released here first to make sure there's no holes in it and give Mike a chance to respond and incriminate himself, plus it all helps to cross the 10,000 line.
Mike Rossi (viral marathon cheated his way into Boston and his minions are morons

I don't see how any of those mistakes point to having an accomplice.
But common sense does dictate that engaging an accomplice would be unnecessary and more complicated.
But whatever ... It gets us closer to 10,000.
So... back to the discussion that we were having earlier... I liked the idea of the T-shirts with photos of Mike Rossi and Barb McKeever, with the captions "cheater" and "enabler" printed.
I live on the other side of the continent, so unfortunately can't take part, but it would be awesome if you local folks could make such a scene that the media regained interest in this story - especially the lack of integrity of the Lehigh Valley Marathon.
If you don't want to protest, boycotting the race and the race's sponsors is also a good option and a few people rossiing the race this year to massive PRs would also be awesome.
Either way, I'll be following this thread with interest around the time of this year's LVM. Don't let me down, guys!
Also, to LoserMikeRossi, I was starting to enjoy your posting again, and I appreciate the work that you are doing to get Rossi DQ'd, but you have to stop with the conspiracy theory nonsense. Unless you have strong evidence to support this, it is highly, highly unlikely. If you want to investigate all possibilities, no matter how remote, that is up to you, but please stop bringing up the accomplice theory on this thread unless you can back it up with a large amount of evidence.

As I have stated before, Mike NEEDED to cover all bases. He was already bragging that he was going to run Boston.
He thought he had everything worked out. But the one bit of information he could not confirm was how many timing mats there would be. You just can't call the RD or the timing company and ask them. And past race result were a good indication, but what if he was wrong?
If they added mats he'd have been caught red handed. Especially since it appears he cheated at the Philly Rock and Roll Marathon as well.
He didn't want to take a chance. So he got somebody to carry his bib.
In hindsight there were no mats and the accomplice achieved nothing for him. And that's where our story gets interesting. And with some luck I may have your answer within the week.
I think most of us think like runners think, first, we'd never cheat but given that as a problem to solve, we would do it the most simple and efficient method we could construct.Mike is not a runner, he either is a psychopath or he is a narcissistic with definitive psychopathic tendencies. With this in mind, he may have well involved someone he wanted to exhibit (see aforementioned "narcissist")his skills to, inviting them to participate in this exercise in order to enhance his standing with the accomplice. It would have been a more detailed plan than one would believe, immediately calling into question anyone subscribing to a conspiracy theory. Yet facts are stubborn things, and the truth will be known. And it is very, very ugly for Mike.
not awesome. not awesome at all.
