And you have a bachelors degree in communications from Temple. With the one exception that you take a 4 hour shift ever 4th Saturday when Razz is too drunk to make it into that hill-billy station.

It all adds to the both the mystery and more accurately, the fact that he lied and did not run the entire race. Here is a guy who posted and boasted ad nauseam about each run and race (such as having to pee around 20th mile of the Philadelphia Marathon causing him to not get a BQ), more than your typical fortysomething and yet after allegedly running the race of his life, at a pace that he never achieved before and never achieved after, he barely tweets, posts, writes or whatever.

To add insult to injury and to further his appearance of guilt beyond any reasonable doubt, he repeatedly spews more lies that he has pictures of himself on the course, yet he won't share them or show them to anyone.

Finally, if the lie that he has such pictures isn't enough, he further claims that the pictures he has were ones that didn't make the US Candids "final cut" and were given to him by the LVHN Via Marathon Committee.

Those are two more lies because I have a statement from US Candids saying all pictures were on their website (which this board and its members so diligently reviewed and documented) which means that the LVHN Via Marathon Committee could not have given Rossi those pictures. Hence why the lying blowhard will not show those pictures, but instead make like the shepherd boy and cry "wolf".

The RD will not overturn the decision. And it was a decision. They took a look at the evidence and decided that a DQ was not warranted. This is a lot different that if they did not even take a look at the evidence. Plus, the USATF being involved in the investigation just adds merit to the decision.

Sorry the be the bearer of bad news to a lot of you, but that's just the facts.

First, unless you are on the Committee you cannot say that will not overturn the decision. I could agree with that it is unlikely, but they did not say they would not overturn it, in fact, Fact (and I use that word loosely) Guy, they said that there is possibility if additional information arises. The USATF did nothing in this investigation and that was made clear in a prior statement. They were there if needed. Finally, you have no idea what they considered, which is part of the problem and why their credibility and integrity have been questioned. I know of at least one other RD from another race who is troubled by the lack of transparency in this instance and is working to get answers as to what was and wasn't considered.

So have fun drinking your Kool-Aid and playing with Mikey. You two make a sweet couple.
