No - they will continue to take the easy path, even if it negatively impacts their race (and sponsors).

I remember him claiming that here that he had additional photos and i think i saw either here or on FB that he said they were given to him by LVM.
We don't know what, if anything, the LVM Race Director and/or her Blue-Ribbon DQ Inquisition Panel reveiwed, but we do know for sure that they did not review the Morning Call's raw video from the course, including at the starting line, and they did not review the Morning Call's unpublished photos. According to someone on here, the only way the raw video and unpublished photos will see the light of day is if the Morning Call is convinced that there might be a story here. Email the photographer at the Morning Call and let him know that you would like the Morning Call to investigate this story further. The Truth Is Out There.
There may be even more raw footage out there that I just discovered. WFMZ ch 69 , a sponsor of the event , had at least 2 crews shooting video that day. From my initial phone call I was told there should be quite a bit from several points in the race. Hopefully this will yield some additional information.

Was it over when the Germans bombed Pearl Harbor? Hell no!
Germans?
Forget it, he's rolling.
I will tell you two things about the "investigation" by the race committee:
1) They never reached out to runners who started with, finished near, or would have run in the vicinity of Rossi during the race. I know this because I am in contact with one of the them who would be the FIRST person you would contact.
2) They never asked for the unedited video or photos from The Morning Call. I know this because when I talked to Harry about it he told me so.
Their "investigation" amounted to waiting for some time to pass before saying, "No DQ!" and hoping to quietly move on.
By the way, if you sign up for their POS marathon before July 1st you can get a discount. I just wonder, if you agree to only run the first and last miles to get your BQ, can you get a super discount? If you promise to not benefit from any aid stations you should be able to save a few bucks, right?
After all, there's no harm done by cheating your way to Boston.
That is why I wrote about the lack or and call for transparency in regards to what was reviewed, not reviewed, and what is or would be considered conclusive evidence.
So what will LVM do? They don't want to address this again because their first attempt was less than complete. They know they look foolish. They know they did zero research.
You all seem to be forgetting that there is already various forms of "proof" that Rossi was not filmed. In any way shape or form. How many non-sightings do you think it will take to get Barb to change her mind?
Non-sightings are non-evidence as far as they are concerned. You are all just beating your heads against the wall. What you should be looking at are any form of photos that were taken by just spectator or volunteers. Pics that Rossi could not avoid by know where the official photo guy was. Look for pics of people cleaning up at the starting line, or anything the band took that morning. A pic with Rossi in the background will have a time stamp and if it shows him near the bandstand, or anywhere for that matter and it's stamped after the start time you will have your smoking gun.
I'd start with the band and then try and find volunteers.

.
The woman who finished behind Mike? Can you ask her where/how she cut up her knee on the course - looked painful! Probably cost her some time too... where she's see all those people near her... passing her...
Great idea except for getting in touch with volunteers and spectators.
Sorry, didn't realize the band was at the end of the race. My bad. But you get the idea. Look for people who were there at the start and maybe snapped some shots while cleaning up or leaving.
His previous times are overwhelming circumstantial evidence he was unable to run the full 26.2 in 3:11. Those who have gone through the marathon training process and have attempted this, know you cannot set a PR for a 10k and hold that pace for another 20 miles. A non-runner may try to chalk it up to a 'good day,' even though it is impossible. The video is indisputable. He was not on the course between the start and finish. There are no charts, race knowledge or physiological understanding required to comprehend that. Even someone who has never run a race in their life would be able to watch that and understand he did not run it.The other things such as social promotion and his behavior are just the icing on the cake. The sad thing is he can still come clean, but he sees himself as in too deep and invested at this point.

Question for everyone:
If you had to choose just one piece of evidence to prove that Rossi did not run the entire course in 3:11, what would you choose and why?
I would show this video and explain the probability of missing all 5 photography sections on the course for a top 200 finisher.

Especially if you're innocent, which Mike is. How's the new evidence progressing by the way?, I've had a look at that humungous UK blog put together about me but nothing on there about me. Mike wins.
I'll bet a lot of them know runners, or you could find out what hashtags were being used that day and pit out a call on Facebook.

Oops, slipped up there, ignore the "about me" bit's, it's getting so easy with you lot I'm getting over confident and letting my guard slip. The rest is true, especially the Mike wins bit.
Troll all you want. We'll just go where the facts take us.

What blog?
+1, Rossi's silence after haveing "the race of his life" is more damning than any other possible if piece of evidence. If this guy really ran a 3:11, it would have been EVERYWHERE.

Just so you know, I'm the real Mike, not this guy, and I'm not trolling anybody. I just want this thread to go away and for you people to leave me alone now. I need time to heal both physically and mentally. It's been a rough couple of months. Thank you.
