The evidence will not be tainted. Nobody is trying to frame Mike. I just thought my knowing personally of Mike would provide some insight that a bunch of strangers couldn't have. Like an FBI profiler kind of role.
It's all ending soon anyway. And it was a huge team effort.
If you're relying on this troll who has "conclusive evidence, 4 photos so far and a video clip" then forget it.

I thought I only had 1 piece of evidence at first but I found more in the last hour and I'm looking again to make sure there isn't even more. I want this to blow up epically. It's Friday night and we put too much effort into this for it all to fade away into the weekend. I'm extremely tempted to release this now but I need to think hard about this over the weekend to do it the right way.
Ok my name is registered now so you all can stop trying to post under my name.
It is taking me longer than I expected to get all of the photos laid out but I uploaded at least part of video

Rickrolling is an Internet meme[1] involving the music video for the 1987 Rick Astley song "Never Gonna Give You Up". The meme is a bait and switch; a person provides a hyperlink which is seemingly relevant to the topic at hand, but actually leads to Astley's video.
The link can be masked or obfuscated in some manner so that the user cannot determine the true destination of the link without clicking. People led to the music video are said to have been rickrolled. Rickrolling has extended beyond web links to playing the video or song disruptively in other situations, including public places, such as a live appearance of Astley himself in the 2008 Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade in New York.
The first known instance of a rickroll occurred in May 2007 on /v/, 4chan's video game board, where a link to the Rick Astley video was claimed to be a mirror of the first trailer for Grand Theft Auto IV (which was unavailable due to heavy traffic). The joke was confined to 4chan for a very brief period.
By May 2008,[6] the practice had spread beyond 4chan and became an Internet phenomenon,[7] eventually attracting coverage in the mainstream media.[8] An April 2008 poll by SurveyUSA estimated that at least 18 million American adults had been rickrolled.[9] In September 2009, Wired magazine published a guide to modern hoaxes which listed rickrolling as one of the better known beginner-level hoaxes, alongside the fake e-mail chain letter. The term has been extended to simple hidden use of the song's lyrics.
2008 Church of Scientology protests
In connection with the online meme, "Never Gonna Give You Up" was played and performed at most of the Project Chanology February 2008 protests against the Church of Scientology. On 10 February 2008, during protests in New York City, Washington, D.C., London, St. Louis, Detroit, and Seattle, protesters played the song through boomboxes and shouted the phrase "Never gonna let you down!", in what The Guardian called "a live rick-rolling of the Church of Scientology". In response to a website created by Scientologists showing an anti-Anonymous video, Project Chanology participants created a website with a similar domain name with a video displaying the music video to "Never Gonna Give You Up".

The reality is we've hit somewhat of a dead end here. Anyone with an ounce of common sense would say the amount of evidence compiled is more than sufficient to DQ Rossi. The race director failed at doing her job, plain and simple.
Going forward we need to make sure that Rossi gets removed from Chicago. The race director should be provided all of the evidence. This realistically can still happen.

I am all for getting this POS dq'ed, but how are you gonna get an RD to prevent him from running that race?
Is there a precedent for this?
You'd be approaching the RD of an entirely different and much larger race with information regarding one specific participant who didn't receive a DQ in a previous race, asking them to take the time to review this information, and then requesting that they prevent them from racing?
If somebody has a criminal record, can I approach a race and say I don't want them racing? If somebody cheated on their taxes, can I say I don't want them racing? Where would it end?
Imagine you are the RD and somebody comes up to you saying:
Hi I don't want you to let this person race because he cheated but wasn't DQ'ed because the RD there is an idiot and it was a different race from yours but we have pictures can you please review them and get back to us and by the way we aren't necessarily participants in your race we just want you to review it and make a judgment but if you say he can participate then we are going to go after you online and blow up your facebook page and your sponsor's pages as well because we are angry. Thanks.
I stand corrected, you are absolutely right.

I was never banned. Duh. Ask your wife.
As I mentioned this was posted by someone else using my handle. You can bet it's going to be a great Father's Day for Mike. Btw I'm not releasing anything on LRC until I have assurances from both LHV and Boston that there will be a DQ. If I don't get it then I'll let you wolves do what you want with it.

The reason people have mentioned alerting Chicago about Rossi was that some speculated that he used his bogus LVM time to bypass the lottery and get guaranteed entry there. I think Rossi at one point said he didn't used the LVM time to get into Chicago but the guy is obviously a huge liar anyway so who knows.

The problem is your personal, family and professional attacks leaves you and any evidence uncovered open to the claim that it is "tainted" because of the things you have said. While it shouldn't matter because evidence is evidence, but perceptions are formed unfortunately. I know that he cheated. I want him DQd. I think he will be. I also don't think that even if a DQ is issued he will never admit or apologize.

The mere fact of your association potentially calls into question what it is you have. I am all for seeing a DQ. Just saying you need to tone it down. His defense or rebuttal, and he will have an opportunity to make one, will come down to the way you "carried" yourself here. Should that matter? No. But neither should have the crap you have said about him personally. And sadly, your personal grudge could possibly be just enough for his rebuttal to work. Like someone said here earlier, think vested interest or a variation of it.

When we prove that Rossi cheated some people will confirm that I contributed a lot more than any of you who are trying to make me go away.
And then I will go away. I never want to hear the name Rossi again. Unfortunately whenever I get cheated out of MexiMelt at the Taco Bell drive through I will think, "Dammit. I just got Rossi'd."
Your pathetic need to belong is truly sad.
I was originally going to rip you a new one in spectacular troll fashion, but I just can't. You are a truly pathetic individual. I think of you scarfing down Dominos pizza after Dominos pizza in that sad little shack you call a "home" ( sweet aquarium, Kenneth), and I just can't conjure up mean words against you.
So what the hell - keep posting here.
It seems like this is all you have.
It's just sad.
Ken you do realize that you are the biggest liability here. Almost everyone else wants Rossi DQed because he cheated at running, a sport we all love and are passionate about. Let's be honest here, you couldn't care less about running, you just hate Mike Rossi which is fine. He is a horrible person.
But any neutral nonrunner reading this forum would start to feel sorry for him because of your attacks on his family and other things that have nothing to do with running. You want to take down Rossi more than anything but in the end you are likely to be the reason that the effort comes up short, you make it way too personal and it reflects badly on everyone else here.
First, let me clarify that Mike made this personal before I did. I saw his letter to the principal and commented on my FB page. I think under the first amendment I am entitled to do that, correct? He then went and tried to post those nasty news stories to both my FB business pages. So he fired the first round.
Then when I commented on the Philly Mag article he did the same thing. This is his way of trying to bully people. He is trying to intimidate me and after a month you would think he'd realize it's not going to work. Nor will the fat jokes.
In fact he has tried to intimidate a few other people who spoke out publicly on the Via Marathon Facebook page. And it's THAT level of douchebaggery that has kept us going as we research this case. Mike poked a few too many bears with a stick.
Here's an idea you'll all like. Everyone who is looking into some evidence, post what you have and what leads you are following, and then post a link to your Facebook account and let's see how many of you Rossi starts researching and trying to embarrass, or intimidate.
I won't deny I get a kick out of watching him get a taste of his own medicine. But I was never out for revenge. And I'm still not. I want to catch a cheat like the rest of you.

Some would see a contradiction here.
He didn't make the first move. You just got a reason to fight with your competition in the local wedding vendor business. Now you have found a generally unreceptive "home" here posting on a running site. If Rossi didn't exist you wouldn't be posting here. You've just been drowning out all the other people here.
He is a bully. You make crass comments about his work and wife. He cheated, you took new clients' money despite failing to deliver to others (ie fraud). He is a troll. You are a troll.
And you really do remind me of the comic book guy on the Simpsons.
Bump.
