Get this thing back on track. If someone can identify his attorney it's easy to determine if it's a real attorney. If he was impersonating an attorney (with LR or the marathon) that's probably the fastest way to get them to revisit their decision. Anyone have that info? Name, letterhead, etc.
What makes you think I am that piece of shit?
Cause I am tired of a non runner plastering this thread? I told him to run in place for 10 seconds.
you really are an idiot for thinking I am Mike.
Weldon said Mike's attorney contacted him about the Animal House quote. I presume it was by email. Weldon should post the email address.
Is it really Mike's mom posting earlier?
And, also, how can we find out which attorney it supposedly is who is representing Mr. Rossi?
Didn't his attorney contact the Brojos about that animal house quote? Therefore would the Brojos have a name of this attorney? Is he/she licensed in the state?

Do you need to be licensed in a state to send a cease and desist letter? If so, is it in the sending or receiving state?

Rossi's medal proves he ran the race, he got it at the finish.
Look at the photo evidence, he is wearing a purse (fanny pack).
Good place to hide your car keys after driving a 3:11 marathon.
Here's the thing, though. And I really think all of you Rossi haters are totally overlooking the obvious.
IT DOES NOT TAKE 3:11 TO DRIVE 26 MILES! There is no way he cheated. How could it possibly be more obvious?

Well he did have to run at least 3 miles to get out of the view of camera men.
Then again, the driving route probably isn't a straight shot like the race.
So it might even out. I'd say he had to drive for about 2:30.

They can't seem to find the send button on the Rossi article, how do you think they can find their as...uh...the email address/IP of the pseudo-attorney? Really brojos, this is your money thread.SHOW US THE MONEY!

I believe the metaphorical term is "fighting grease fire with fire."

Is this thing on? Did someone say food fight?
He got to someplace around the last relay spot (Hill Road), jumped in the port-a-pottie and dropped ten pounds before re-entering the course. Takes a few minutes to lose that kind of weight...then again, Mike is good at being a loser.

This seems like a good time to repeat that Mike Rossi did not even need to cheat to run Boston.
He could have gone the charity runner route.
Wouldn't that have been a great example for the kids, Mike? You know, rather than the lying and cheating path you took.
Would have saved you on the LVM entry fee too, Mike. That's one more Boston jacket you could have bought yourself, you stupid douche of a man.
Also he could have been a guide runner for a disabled athlete. Instead he cheated. Can there be any lower person in all of running...other than his defenders?

I would say Kip Litton.
But Kip was creative and full on insane.
Rossi is derivative and more of a self-absorbed coward.
At least Kip "created" a new race.
Mike just slimed his way into a truly American event using the most unamerican of ways: stealing from the hard working without a hint of regret.

Another difference between the two is that Kip was a decent runner and was actually good enough to qualify for Boston on his without cheating. But running 3:15-3:20 wasn't enough for kip so he Rossied his was to sub 3.
Americans win, they do not cheat and they do not step on the backs of their fellows. And if we lose, we lose with grace, honoring the winner who struggled and sweated and was a most worthy competitor, someone who made us strive to be better yet.Citius, Altius, FortiusFU Mike Rossi

Remember how kip tried to mAke it look like there was an RD for west Wyoming? Is it possible Rossi is doing the same with an attorney?
