Okay, so somebody has to step up and be an adult about this. Have made some jokes, but have kept it clean. Some have decided to take this to the level of attacking our children and even liking FB pics of children.
We all want Mike to come clean, but after Greg's exchange we all know that's not going to happen.
The really sad part about this whole story is that I feel here are going to be real collateral damage - and I mean to Mike's wife and kids, and to East Coast Event Group, due to the ill will Mike has caused in the Abington School district and the word of mouth that has probably resulted.
We really can't do anything about his family. We're certainly not going to stoop as low as Mike as to start contacting his family and liking pictures on their Facebook pages. The welfare of Mike's family is in his hands, and his hands alone.
But I don't know a single person who hasn't spoken highly of Bob Palio, and it would really suck if the bad press from this caused him to lose a business he has owned for 30 years. And if you don't think it could happen look at the pizza shop that refused to cater gay weddings. It's a very real thing these days.
And with people taking about reaching out to the media even further than before I think this is the right time to make Bob Palio aware of what is going on. I am assuming he doesn't because I can't imagine him condoning Mike's behavior or those of his employees. And if he does, and just doesn't care then I don't know what to say. But at least I can say that I tried to stop an innocent person, his family, and his business from suffering.
Here is his phone number, which is public record.

I'm sure somebody will be willing to call and let him know what Mike is doing to the East Coast name. I wound't recommend emailing the company because Mike would probably just intercept it and delete it. Bob is pretty hands off and leaves things in the very capable hand of Eric to run. So calling directly is probably be the only way he will be informed.
Don;t call too early. Let the guy get his morning coffee first. And make sure he knows that this is being done with the best of intentions.
