This is not personal from my perspective. Mike and I know each other because we work in the same industry and have crossed paths. But we had a falling out and I couldn't care less about him.

He called me a few weeks before this all blew up because he still has a hard drive of mine that I delivered footage on. When I heard the message I instantly deleted it. I don't care enough about a $99 hard drive to even call him back, yet alone drive to NE Philly and get it. And he has my address so I don't know why he just didn't bubble rap it and ship it back.

This is all about putting an end to a bully and cheat. I read that story about the principal and I thought of my son getting bullied in school and I reached my "falling down" point.

And maybe he won't get DQ'd from Via, but i'll bet next time he disagrees with a school policy he's going to mind his own business.

I had a heart attack 10 years ago so you won't find me running anytime soon. I just do low impact, endurance cardio and some weight training.

Are runners actually better humans than non-runners? I had no idea. Last time I checked my social media I didn't try and bully my son's school principal to keep my son from failing a grade due to bad attendance.

Mike will never admit he cheated. The race directors are done with the whole thing and really don't give a crap about some obscure thread on a message board. These are also facts.

I will be more than happy to meet with Mike and he can justify to me why he cyber-bullied that school principal. He's got my number to arrange it. We can invite some of the runners on here and he can also provide proof that he ran the Via Marathon.

This has gotten to be like a horrific car crash that you know you shouldn't stare at but can't help yourself.

I must say that while I think Ken has some issues, he seems at the core a nicer human being than Mike (or Mike's friend) who attacks his child.

I used to enjoy this thread, there was actually some substance that kept me coming back. Now it's just infantile monkeys flinging poo. There are different threads that people will argue was the demise of letsrun but I'm pretty sure it's this one. The brojos are afraid to do anything and their reasoning is if they're still getting clicks then contributing to the lowest common denominator by doing nothing is the best for them then that's what they'll do.
