Just checking to see if anybody has been Rossi'd this week. I think it's safe to use his name as a verb by now. Basically, you have been swindled out of something - like your entry to the Boston Marathon - you have been Rossi'd.

Right, so we are to believe you two losers, Tristen and ofssa gold, are professional athletes who link onto a page which is clearly about a guy who jogs for recreation and cheats at marathons, Mike Rossi, just to attack the guy who is posting about Mike's cheating by trying to imply he's somehow inferior to your level of running even though he is clearly a better runner than Mike Rossi. This thread stopped being about Rossi long ago. It's now about 3-4 highly narcissistic people throwing a tantrum because he was not found guilty of cheating and the obviously trolls who egging them on.

I'd like to encourage the members of this thread to turn their attention to Pat Huffman. At the end of the day this is about stopping cheating, how is what she's doing any different than what Rossi did? She's stealing age group awards from other deserving participants again and again.

No the truth is that many people are still reading but not posting. Sometimes we readers get confused trying to figure out the trolls from the true, however, a number of runners out there are frustrated. The RD's decision was crap and we all know it. Watching MR gloat as if there was some kind of true clearing of his name is frustrating. If you love the sport of running and have any knowledge about running times, you know his 3:11is near impossible and also that he did not get a true BQ. I will dig into Pat Huffman. I did see the comment on the blog. I've been busy with work. Should free up a bit tomorrow afternoon and hopefully next week - and I will post on Huffman and a couple others.

In many ways what Huffman is doing is worse than Rossi, she has thousands of people signing a petition on her behalf protesting her being DQed at a race that she cheated at. How in good faith can she have friends and family back her like that when she knows she cheated.

Good post.GregTR - keep up the good work. When you dig through the muck of all the trolls and Rossi, there's a strong base of people who care about the cause and not doing personal attacks on others who are also supporting the cause. We appreciate what you're doing.
