Can't believe they removed the thread on Knoblock Moore. Fundamentally, her cheating is no different than Mike Rossi.
Her family likely wrote to them saying how she's a recovering alcoholic and how running saved her life. The Brojos likely decided it wasn't worth ruining knoblock moore's life because she cheated in a marathon. I just want that time deleted so she can't run Boston.
It is a slippery slope though deleting threads, what if Rossi's family sent a similar message to the Brojos would they remove this thread also?

Never did get an explanation why we can't talk about the powerlifting miler who continues to profit from his lies.
One Kip (or troll) strategy was to discuss things that were likely to get the thread deleted, luckily each time various pages from the threads were deleted.
Just saying.
Sara I've shared the link to your evidence on FB also.

I tried to make a MR spin off thread (think I used a different name, see how much integrity we all have) to get some answers to this, but no one liked any of my spin off scenarios and it got ignored. Stupid LetsRun!
Saw this was passed along to Fox News who promoted Dad of the Year and so far have refused any mention AFAIK of this turn of events.

His improvement delta of around 32 minutes is even greater than Rosie Ruiz's, although I suppose doubt is cast whether or not she ran NYC in its entirety. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rosie_Ruiz"In addition, her time of 2:31:56 was an unusual improvement, more than 25 minutes ahead of her reported time in the New York City Marathon six months earlier."
...When I stated that I thought based on your 3:43 and reported 15 mpw training that you could get a legit BQ I meant that and I think others would likely agree. You look like a bigger guy from some of the pics posted on here but a 3:43 off of 15 mpw is nothing to sneeze at and is indicative of a level of baseline endurance that with increased milage + structured, focused training could result in a BQ for someone your age.

Well, no surprise there, honestly. Fox and others who promoted Rossi's supposed heroism (Today, People) now have egg on their faces. If they admit it, and then for some unfathomable reason Rossi doesn't get a DQ, the egg will become a full Western omelet. When the DQ is issued, that's a reportable event. They have no incentive to risk their reputation (such as it is) until that happens.

I agree with this.
Anyways, thank God it's Friday. I'm an abortion doctor, and I'm looking forward to the weekend - I'm going to do some whaling off the coast.

Of course she did. I'm beginning to think it is personal like she used to date Mike or something. Especially with all her "hi Mike" stuff. Crazy exes. Or she doth protest too much. And she has a suspicious race in her past. Her level of obsession isn't normal even for a lady.
MR set a goal and achieved it. Who are we to cast the first stone ?
Double up on the xanax mike.

Was wondering the same thing. Sorry, whoever made the call to delete that thread, made the wrong one. Might as well delete this one as well. And no, this is not Mike. Both Rossi and Knoblock Moore cheated. Both posted comments about their desire to run Boston, Mike in 2015, Kara in 2016. Both bragged about their accomplishments on social media. The main difference is that the evidence against Moore is far more overwhelming than the evidence against Mike, yet this thread remains and hers is removed. Chalk one up for the squelching of free speech.
If the Knoblocl-Moore thread was removed due to concerns that she might, as a result of the outing, fall off the wagon and revert back to drinking, or because someone took pity based on her physical disability, well then congratulations, you got played. I know countless people with severe disabilities that would be offended to know someone else with a disability used their condition as an excuse to be treated differently, to seek sympathy.
It gets touched upon every now and then, but let's make one thing absolutely crystal clear, it's not the discovery and outing of a cheater on LetsRun or other social media websites that brings shame and scorn on the cheater, it's the cheater's own actions that does that. If, when initially confronted with the evidence, the cheater admits wrong doing, the case is closed and the matter quietly goes away. Not so when you compound the cheating with lies.
When faced with a mountain of overwhelming evidence that they cheated, the cheater invariably digs in their heels and maintains their innocence, thinking that by doing so the problem will go away. It never does as more often then not, additional evidence confirming the original determining was correct is found. The problem for the cheater now is that with their lies and denials, they have dug a hole so deep for themselves, that it is impossible for them to get out. Pride prevents them from doing the right thing.
Confessing that they lied when confronted with the evidence that they cheated is probably more difficult for these people than confessing they cheated in the first place. This is the now the problem both Kara and Mike now face.

One of the things that surprised me most about the real Rosie Ruiz, which i did not know prior to this MR thread and my subsequent internet searches out of curiosity, is that she STILL claims she ran the whole race. Seriously? She is a completely grown a$$ woman who cheated in one of the biggest marathons 25+ years ago...and she can't admit it. Baffling...

This is a privately owned website, there is no "free speech" issue here.

There is no evidence that this is what happened - taking the idle speculation of an uninformed commenter and changing into a "fact" is dishonest.
When you have nothing of value to dispute the evidence, I see you degraded into attacking her for being a women and insinuating that she dated him. Totally desperate and disgusting. Even if she did (which everyone knows is ridiculous), the evidence against him is overwhelming, so stop attacking her for getting the evidence to the right people to evaluate him, which is what you're really afraid of.
Also, I'm from the next town over from MR and everyone I know who has kids in his school district in his town has gotten "the letter" multiple times and completely disagrees with him and what he did. Unfortunately, the media didn't do any research and kept reporting him as a hero, which was disgraceful and they never asked for opinions from anyone else, so no one had any voice. So, everyone I know agrees with the posters in this forum, we just had no where to go with the information to get the Today show, etc. to listen.
Thank you to everyone who has done such exceptional research to right this.
I'm looking forward to the weekend too.
This thread has inspired me to write a book. A delightful children's fable about the wounded zebra who hate dates a drama llama.
I'm going to illustrate it an a manner loosely inspired by Richard Scarry's Busytown books.
The reader can search each densely drawn page looking for the little hidden pictures of MR.
The twist being that pictures of MR only appear on the first and last pages of the book, and nowhere on the 26 pages in the middle.

This is LetsRun, where dishonesty is always in order.
