Mike already showed his evidence to those who matter. He will never show anything to any of you because you will never be satisfied. Heck if the race director and team of analysts didn't see any reason to DQ him then surely a bunch of Internet losers never would. Consider it a case closed! Mike wins and continues to live his life to the fullest and laughing at all of you. Time to change you diapers and get some sunlight. He'll be at the trails with his Boston gear on.
As I recall from a posted email exchange between Mike Rossi and Abingtonrunner, you Mike Rossi (since you are Mike Rossi, just as WAAA is Mike Rossi, as was greenfan [a handle from a long time ago] and countless other handles) wrote that the Committee gave YOU a flashdrive of photos from U.S. Candids that "did not make the final cut."
There are a few problems with your (xtugreenfan) statement above and the email exchange with abingtonrunner.
1. You now are claiming that you showed evidence rather than the Committee gave you evidence. Of course the assertion that the Committee gave you evidence was problematic.
2. The claim that you made in that email with abingtonrunner was odd, that is, that the Committee provided you with photographic evidence that you were on the course. Why would they have to have any meeting with you if those photos showed you on the course? More importantly, if they had photos showing you on the course, and the best evidence against you was that you did not show up in one single U.S. Candid photo except at the finish line, when every other runner had at least one or more photos, why didn't they state affirmatively that the Committee has visual evidence that Mr. Rossi was on the course and here are the photos as proof? There is incontrovertible evidence that you were the only runner at seven different photo checkpoints that was not photographed. Sure, its possible they may have missed you in one, maybe two points, but missed you in every single photo checkpoint? Not a chance.
3. Abingtonrunner also posted and provided an email and phone conversation details with the head of U.S. Candids who explicitly stated that ALL PHOTOS taken during the VIA race were placed online. There was not some batch that did not make the final cut.
4. Just because you say so doesn't make it so. It is lame to say we will not be satisfied. We aren't satisfied because you claim to have evidence yet like a petulant brat in elementary school, you won't share. You area all talk with NOTHING to back it up. You are the one who wants to be a runner, a competitor, and an athlete. To sit there in front of your computer and claim that you have evidence yet refuse to share means only two things. First, you don't have any evidence whatsoever. Second, you did not run the entire 26.2 miles at the VIA marathon. No one in their right mind who had exculpatory (Mike, try googling that word) evidence would continue to hold on to it at this point. If I were you, not only would I have the incentive to clear my name and reputation, but I would show this so called evidence just to get the joy of proving everyone wrong.
5. YOU HAVE NO EVIDENCE, just illusions of grandeur.
