I can't help but think that the whole Coach Barron to Williams move is a elaborate plot to steal the bear, again

I think its about time we start discussing who the fastest NESCAC couple is.
Great question. It certainly needs to be discussed.
I can think of one solid option, but Niall has to admit the couple part to everyone.
Jamie Norton has to be part of the fastest couple. He runs the mile in 4:06.
Bijan and his hand
Bijan and his hand
I'm pretty certain Bijan is in a relationship, idiot. Get better at gossiping
So what does everyone think about an app that is basically Tinder, but only for NESCAC runners? So you can swipe right or left to meet other NESCAC babes. Maybe you could pick an interested in gender, or you can just sort through everyone looking for dates, mates, friends, etc.
So far we've had good reception. Is anyone capable of designing this?

Um, I think the other guy made it clear that he is in a relationship with his hand.
Real Talk: Do we think Todd Ford can finally perform on the big stage and get that ECAC first place that has eluded him for these past three years?

Based on his running log, Ben Bosworth is in roughly 23:30 8k shape.
If he runs 23:30 will he try and follow himself on Twitter?
Bosworth will beat Bijan, calling it now
Some thoughts:
I didn't know that the NCAA offered an ultra marathon in the fall? I'll give Bosworth until NESCACs before he crashes and burns.
I would love to see what Bijan could do to a cob of corn. I'm fascinated by his front teeth.
Todd Ford needs to squat more to have any shot at all in dethroning the current defending ECAC champ--the boy from Philly got cake.
Did Stansel get to pass his temporary leg tattoo down to another Bates runner, or did he get to keep it?
I'm mentioning Hamilton because I think it's the first time they've been mentioned in this thread. Also Trinity.
Watch out for Benard Kibet, the defending Purple Valley MVP and recent Project for Peace winner has been hitting the dirt roads harder than ever in Kenya.
Polar Bear out.
Anyone else find it odd that Amherst is ranked 4th in the nation pre-season when they're returning exactly 3 solid guys and a whole bunch of question marks?
Yeah buddy, it is a little strange. Something has been in the water over in Amherst recently, and if they can come out of it without a rash, maybe they can hit their projected finish. I expect they will bomb at nationals, and be begging spectators for water by the end of the race.
wat
3 Cac teams in the national pre-season top 10. Must be a down year for the other regions because the 2015 Cac doesn't strike me as fielding a particularly strong lineup (at least compared to recent memory). We will see how things go this fall, but is Tufts really a top 10 team? I feel like they wouldn't be top 3 in the conference most years.
Some strong individuals no doubt, but as far as teams go, I'm not sold yet.
Rumor has it that Trinity recruited only for the beer mile and threw down a quick one last night. Look for them to be drinking beers on the starting line of NESCAC's
