6:56 at 5.5 laps (7 to go). Single file, no gaps.

3k at 8:00 or so. Pacer is off. It's Barrios, Heath, Lomong, Tom Farrell, Estrada. Bit of a gap after 12th place.
Barrios, 4 to go at 9:06 or so. Lomong sliding up to Barrios' shoulder. Heath on the inside.
Pace has slowed a bit. Same leaders.
4k split was 10:44. Slowed a lot
Now finally it's I think estrada taking over for Barrios, Lomong is there, Matt Hughes in 4th now.
Lomong to the front with 600 to go, Hughes challenging him, pace still not crazy
Still about 8 guys in it. Lomong, Hughes, everybody else
Hughes got the jump, 300 to go it's Riley Masters, Diego Estrada, Barrios, and Heath with a huge move!
Heath v Barrios in the last 200! Barrios fighting back! After leading most of the race, Barrios down the stretch for the win in 1315! Heath 1316, Estrada, Farrell, Masters all 1317. Hughes 1319, Campbell (NCAA guy), See 1321. Lomong 1321, Licht 1323.00.
Rough days for Torrence and Dunbar.
I thought Heath was going to take that one. He kicked maybe a little too hard too early. Definitely impressed with Masters moving up from the 15 to the 5k and running under 13:20 though.
With that 5K time and a great half, we might see Estrada do big things in the 10000.
Bunch of lead changes all at once in the 400-250 to go time. Hughes made a move around Lomong, and then a bunch of guys passed Hughes in succession. Heath had the most impressive and decisive move, but Barrios, who had just stuck in there, tracked him down toward the last backstretch and turn and kicked away from him in the stretch.
37 women on the line for Section 1 of the 10k.
I think Saina has come back to pace the 10k. She takes them out in 74 mid.

But when is he planning to get the worlds qualifier? Tonight would have been a great opportunity.
Saina takes them through 1k in about 308, very bunched up with most women 2-3 abreast.
Still Saina, pretty impressive coming back from that 5k. A little bit of back and forth but she's currently leading, been clicking off 76s. Approaching 3k
3k about 9:30 I think (32 flat pace).Pretty big pack up there.
Saina finally stepping off at 4k, 12:40 or so. Now I think it's Doricah taking over, and a Japanese runner right next to her. I think Diriba in third.
