I'm a neutral runner, 135lbs, looking for a trainer to bring me from summer training all the way through XC, winter track, and spring track. (Or at least through the end of XC)
Note: by this I mean a trainer, I will still use flats for speedwork, but this shoe is for everything else
At the university I am going to attend, all of the runners there swear by Asics (Kayano 21, Cumulus 16) , and I've never had much experience with them. I've also heard about Brooks Adrenaline 15 being good.
My expectations are:
Will last (durability)
Cushion. Not just enough to function for me, but so I can be very comfortable throughout the 6+ months I use them.
Anyone have any suggestions?
