Haven't been able to run for the past 9 weeks because of pain in my hamstring. Got my MRI back today, and the doctor said that it was a partial tear by the ischial tuberosity. I've been biking and elliptical to maintain some aerobic base, and the doctor said that it would be fine to keep doing that. Since it's the hamstring should I stop cross-training and let it heal, or is it fine to keep doing what I've been doing?
