The police and CIA clones are the ones who are causing the problems.
This ain't China people.
That is all.
I would ban twitter and instagram.
And cellphones. And pagers. And the rest of the Internet.
It's frightening to hear Americans talk like this..."1984"
The government is so happy when riots take off like this. The war hawks are salivating at the mouth, time to pass laws restricting Twitter, restricting people to communicate, take there guns, fema camps, we need our police to do riot training.
Nah...the real people who love the riots are the CEO 's who own prisons. Let'em riot! Lock'em up. More money no problem.
BTW it is illegal to incite violence. You can go to jail for it.
People are causing the violence, not some stupid social media service.
Remove the weapons held by military and police.

Of course you can:
Federal Law: 18 U.S.C. § 2101: Riots
Missouri Law: Mo. Rev. Stat. 574.0505
Even if not prosecuted, the police can arrest you based on probable cause to prevent violence. Just because it didn't happen there doesn't mean it can't.
http://www.washingtonpost.com/news/volokh-conspiracy/wp/2014/12/03/should-michael-browns-stepfather-be-charged-with-inciting-a-riot-what-about-the-rioters/My point is that allowing the government to sensor real-time communications between citizens carte blanche is unwise. We have laws against incitement. It's better to err on the side of freedom than censorship. This isn't China.
The CIA should place firewalls at AT&F, Comcast, Google, and Apple to block twitter permanently.

Cellphones and pagers are not part of the internet.
