Here's my idea so far:
* 3 oz of concentrated green tea (bob 3 Costco green tea bags in 3 oz of water until absorbed)
* 8 oz concentrated coffee (2 scoops from the cone-shaped scooper)
* 1 5-Hour Energy
* 2 crushed Tylenol
* 1 crushed multivitamin
* Mix together and drink 1 hour before mile race
