All 3 are listed in the 1500. Should be a great race. Who do you have coming out on top?

And Hasay is in the 1500 too. But, I doubt all four will faces off. Cain is listed in the 800 too. Alexa is listed in the 5K, as is Hasay. It could easily just be Cranny in the 1500 out of those four.
Yeah it's quite the mix. I could say Cranny belting out sub 4:10.
Right now, it's Efraimson. I'd love to see Cain back in form, in which case she'd win easily over the others.
Cain will run the 800m, somewhere around 2:03-2:04 and disappoint again.
Cranny will be the only runner of those mentioned to run the 1500. She will run around 4:10 -- a strong mark but not improving on last year's Payton Jordan.
Efraimson has stated in an interview after Stanford Invite (the 4:09) that she is running the 5K. She will run 15:20s.
Hasay is running the 5K (See her website) and will run 15:05.
Cain wins easy. Cranny looks WAY worse than she did in HS. Milt sucks

No way a HS girl is running 15:20s. Cain's PR is 15:45 and she is faster.
Don't think Hasay can pull off a 15:05 this early in the season. But hopefully!
Yes, that 8:58 Cranny dropped on the indoor 3 k totally sucked...useless American indoor junior record. Total nosedive in the last 4 weeks.

And...? All that shows is that a great talent ran a ton to get in shape. Typical ignorant distance runner thinking that more mileage is the answer to everything...
I truly do hope she can survive his training. Maybe she is talented enough too, but that doesn't mean Miltenberg is a good coach. He sucks and gets his kids hurt or burns them out either physically or emotionally. It's criminal what he has done, and the only reason he is still there is because it is masked by the incredible talent that the NAME Stanford brings. He is ruining a great place.
I too would have thought this guy was full of typical LR hate, but did everyone see Baker at Penn? She also looked awful and ran WAY worse than she did as a High Schooler last year. And what happened to Steven Solomon? He made the 400m Olympic Final before he went to Stanford. He didn't even run this year indoors?
I saw her run 2:14 at the end of the DMR... it was ugly!
Cain out, per NOP twitter

I second that. Hasay would have to be at a level she never has before, and we just saw 4 weeks ago indoors that she is not that.
No way is Efraimson running 15:20s, she is an otherworldly talent, but besides the 4:09 she ran recently, she has not had a good race since last Spring/Summer. Not to mention what this guy said: No way a HS'er is running 15:20s.
If the race was set up for her and she was in the shape of her life, and she followed 4 rabbits and did not compete, she might be able to run 15:29, but none of those things is happening right now.
Except for her 4:09 she hasn't a good race since last spring / summer ? She ran an American Junior 5k road record in November. But, she has been sick this winter. 15:20 ? No way. High 15:50s tops.
I don't count races as "good" where I collapse inexplicably twice. I realize she ran fast, and beat some good people, but when you are a 4:07 1500m runner as a junior in HS nearly every race you run is going to be some kind of record. Especially an obscure record like the Junior 5k road record.
This was a few weeks after collapsing in a XC race that she won the year before (and placed third). The 4:09 is a solid race and would be the 2nd-fastest all-time (to herself) if not for Mary Cain.
I agree, there is no way Alexa is in shape. That 4:09 was a fluke, she sucks. 4:09 as her opener, dude, get a freakin clue! That girl is the real deal, let's see how the next 1.5 years go before telling her she is the best or that she sucks.
Is there a rule against attaching a helium balloon to yourself while running a road race?
Am I living in the twilight zone? The Boston Marathon weather was terrible!
How rare is it to run a sub 5 minute mile AND bench press 225?
Move over Mark Coogan, Rojo and John Kellogg share their 3 favorite mile workouts
Mark Coogan says that if you could only do 3 workouts as a 1500m runner you should do these
Red Bull (who sponsors Mondo) calls Mondo the pole vaulting Usain Bolt. Is that a fair comparison?
