My pr in the 1600 is 5:16, which i ran on thursday. Two days later on saturday, i ran a workout consisting of 2*(400, 300, 200) sort-of-all-out with around 2-3 minute break each rep. I have another meet next wednesday. Any predictions?

times were 68,50,32,69,52,33
Bump bump bump.
I'd say that with some competition, you would be looking at sub-5:10. The 200m time needs some work, but the 400 and 300 times are where they should be.
5:17
I forgot to say that there were strong winds of 15-20 mph winds. Anyways, thanks for predictions and advice.
There's no reason to believe you should run very differently from last Thursday. That all out workout may have taken you closer to a peak or, more likely, it may have taken you past the peak.
In either case it doesn't make sense to run such a workout when you're working the same system during races. A tempo or some 5k-10k intervals would have been much better. And not all out of course.
I dont understand why a speed workout should not be done at the end of a season... could you elaborate?
Anyone else have any predictions/tips?

The purpose of speed work would be to improve running economy and speed - this DOES NOT mean running "near-all-out". I like to place an emphasis on running economy. Running a "near-all-out" probably threw your mechanics out the window. It is also not great that your splits are slowing down and you may have put undue stress on your body for your next workout.
As others have said. You will be better served with tempo runs or runs designed to improve your lactate threshold.
Your 200m time DOES NOT need work (at least not yet). Work on getting sub 5 min miles first.
Prediction 5'12" - purely based on your PR.
